At TrustKids Academy, we follow or exceed the state-required staff-to-child ratios outlined by Texas Child Care Licensing to ensure every child receives quality supervision and personalized care. Our typical ratios are:

  • Infants (0–11 months): 1 teacher for every 4 infants

  • Toddlers (12–17 months): 1 teacher for every 5 children

  • Toddlers (18–23 months): 1 teacher for every 9 children

  • 2-year-olds: 1 teacher for every 11 children

  • 3-year-olds: 1 teacher for every 15 children

  • 4-year-olds: 1 teacher for every 18 children

  • 5-year-olds: 1 teacher for every 22 children

  • School-age children (6+): 1 teacher for every 26 children

We maintain low ratios because we believe children thrive when they receive individual attention, consistent support, and strong relationships with their caregivers.

We communicate through daily reports (childcare app) , text, and in-person updates. We believe in strong parent partnerships and open communication.
